Almond Butter Banana Smoothie

A rich delicious smoothie loaded with antioxidants, Omega-3's and healthy fats. I created this smoothie to help keep me satisfied for hours at a time in between meals. It's very rich in nutrients and tastes wonderful.;) All ingredients are Vegan, Raw and Organic.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1 tablespoon Flax Seed
  • 2 tablespoons Raw Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia Seed
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Honey
  • 3 tablespoons Raw Almond Butter
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla or scraped Vanilla Bean
  • 1 cup Ice

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients in your blender until smooth.
