A quick, tasty and healthy start to the day!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (frozen is nice)
  • 1/2 cup berries (blueberries, strawberries etc)
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk

Directions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend on high for 1 min or until smooth
  3. enjoy! :)
