Ricemellow Crispy Bars

These bars are made with Ricemellow Creme from Suzanne's Specialties. It is a Gluten Free, Vegan, Non Dairy replacement for marshmallow fluff. It is brown rice syrup based and has no corn syrup or other yucky stuff. So much better for my kids, and they love it! These are fun to make with the kids helping. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Suzanne's Ricemellow Creme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 cup carob chips (or chocolate chips)
  • 3 cups crispy brown rice cereal

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil and Ricemellow Creme in small sauce pan and stir until smooth. In a separate bowl, combine cereal and carob (or chocolate) chips. Wet hands and gently mix warm Ricemellow into cereal mixture. Press into 8”x8” baking pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares. Store bars in refrigerator.
