Oriental Noodle Bowl
1/2 cup cooked 100% buckwheat soba noodles
1.5 cups purple cabbage, shredded
1/3 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup celery, shredded
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Dressing
1 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons lime juice
1.5 teaspoons coconut aminos
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sesame seeds (sprinkle on top)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and decorate with cilantro
