15 Vegan Thanksgiving Entrees

If you don’t have time to cook an entrée from scratch, you can’t go wrong with a Field Roast entrée. But if you want to get creative in the kitchen, try one of these – some are veg takes on traditional Thanksgiving entrees, and others are less traditional but nonetheless delicious and filling:

  1. Tofu and Squash Kare-Kare
  2. Peruvian Covered Rice
  3. Pumpkin Kale Casserole
  4. Quick & Easy Green Bean Casserole
  5. Easy Vegan Lasagna
  6. Thanksgiving Pizza
  7. BBQ Seitan
  8. Veggie Meatloaf With Liquid Smoke
  9. Vegan Shepherd’s Pie
  10. Vegetable Pot Pie
  11. Lentil Loaf
  12. Vegan Green Bean Casserole With Toffuti Sour Cream
  13. Smothered Seitan Medallions in Mushroom Gravy (from my friend Michael)
  14. Veggie Pot Pies Another Way
  15. Tal Ronen’s Gardein Chicken Scaloppini

What will you be serving as your Thanksgiving entrée?

P.S. You can also pick up some yummy vegan food from one of these restaurants if you're not planning on cooking.

I will be making baked cashew cheeze dip, rosemary tempeh and stuffing, green bean casserole (I make the cream of mushroom soup from scratch with almond milk and portobellos), mashed potatoes, yeast rolls, and cranberry sauce. For dessert apple pie!

I love all of the new recipes, however the pecan-crusted seitan will always be one of my favorites. I've treated myself to it for the last two years instead of turkey on Thanksgiving. This year I recommended it on my blog in a fun kind of a way. Hope you enjoy!

This year is a Thanksgiving dream-come-true! My husband and son, both carni-carni-carnivores, are out-of-town, which is sad, but also happy, because for the first time EVER, I get to make a completely vegan Thanksgiving dinner...I am thankful!!!

      Here's my menu:

Fall harvest slaw, with celery root, pears, apples, and walnuts

Mushroom, lentil, and arugula shepherd's pie

A vat of vegan brown gravy, of course!!!

      Fresh cranberry relish

      Roasted squash

      Blackened, garlicky, green beans

& some sort of holiday sweet treat...haven't decided yet, but leaning toward a pumpkin cheesecake or bourbon chocolate pecan pie...maybe I'll make both!!!

I had better get started, I have a lot of work to do...wish me luck!!! :)

These are amazing recipes! Thanks for the roundup ;)

I also wanted to share with all Kind Lifers that I have a 22 page FREE e-book on my blog. All the recipes are Vegan and Gluten Free on top of that!
I had a hard time finding good recipes without all that wheat so I just put my favourites together.
Let me kno what you all think of it ;D
