Passover is almost here! What are you doing in honor of the holiday?
If you haven’t yet seen this video of my dear friend Aleeza and I making matzo ball soup and charoset, take a look! We had a blast. There are so many ways to celebrate Passover kindly—you can make delicious plant-based recipes, attend a service at a veg-friendly temple, drink organic wine, and gather with loved ones. Spend some time outdoors, take a hike, or take the whole family to visit an animal sanctuary. For even more ideas, check out some I’ve shared in the past.
I am so thankful for you celebrating kindly; Thank you for enjoying a meal free of suffering. Have a lovely holiday!
I would love to know your thoughts on Passover- are you going to Sedar? What does it mean to you? Do you have any special traditions that you’ve adapted to be more kind? Do you have any amazing Passover recipes?
